小儿脑性瘫痪的中医治疗近况

摘　　要：脑性瘫痪是儿科常见病、多发病,也是导致儿童残疾的主要疾患之一。本文从中医辨证、中药内外治疗、针灸、推拿、艾灸治疗等方面综述了小儿脑性瘫痪的中医治疗近况,指出中医治疗脑瘫正处于不断的发展与完善中,有优势亦有不足之处。总之,相较于其他的治疗方法,中医药在脑瘫康复中具有明显的优势,在小儿脑性瘫痪治疗上应重视中医药及针灸推拿和康复治疗的结合。Infantile cerebral palsy is a pediatric common disease, also one of the major reason of disabilities in children. In this article, a review on treating infantile cerebral palsy in TCM was discussed based on the syndrome types, inside and outside treatment of TCM, acupuncture, massage, moxibustion treatment and other aspects. TCM treatment for infantile cerebral palsy was in constant development and improvement;there are advantages and inferiors. In short, compared with other treatments, TCM has obvious advantages in rehabilitation of infantile cerebral palsy. On infantile cerebral palsy treatment, TCM plus acupuncture, massage and rehabilitation should be paid attention.
