摘 要:研究了臭氧-混凝与聚四氟乙烯中空纤维膜集成工艺对有机物的去除及其膜污染特性。实验以聚铝为混凝剂,膜孔径为0.12μm,膜面积为6 m^2。结果表明:O3投加量3.0 mg/L时膜污染下降率达24.4%;同时臭氧可促进工艺对有机物的去除,投加臭氧后消毒副产物前体物和UV254去除率增加了1倍,DOC的去除率由30%升高至44.7%,分子量为800-3 000 Da的大分子有机物转化为300-400 Da的小分子有机物。An integrated process including ozonation,coagulation and hollow fiber polytetrafluoroethylene( PTFE) membrane filtration was investigated. The membrane fouling and the removal of organic matters were studied. Polymeric aluminium( PACl) was selected as coagulant. The tested PTFE membrane had a pore size of 0. 12 μm with the filtration area of 6 m^2.The experiment results showed that the membrane fouling was reduced by 24. 4% with ozone dosing of 3 mg / L. Also,the removal of organic matters was improved by ozonation. Under the aondition of ozone exists,the removal efficiencies of the precursors of disinfection by-products( DBPs) and UV254 were doubled,the removal efficiency of DOC was increased from30% to 44. 7%. And organic matter with molecular weight of 800 - 3 000 Da was remarkably transformed to that with molecular weight of 300 - 400 Da by ozonation.
