摘  要:混合物的实际临界参数不同于单一组分的参数,尤其是临界温度和临界压力。工业有机废水成分复杂,不仅含有成分、浓度各异的多元有机物,通常还含有多种无机盐的阴阳离子。在超临界水氧化时还有过量氧气进入,形成了复杂混合物。根据现有的含水二元混合物临界参数资料对"工业有机废水+氧气"混合物的实际临界温度和临界压力的变化进行定性探讨,认为常见工业有机废水在压力为23-30 MPa、温度为450-550℃及过量氧气的条件下,很可能处于过热近临界状态,而不是超临界状态,并对过热近临界水氧化能取得较好氧化效果的机理进行探讨。The actual critical parameters of mixture are different from the parameters of a pure component,especially the critical temperature and the critical pressure. Industrial organic wastewater composition is extremely complex,whose main components not only include multiple organic matters with different composition and concentration,but also usually include many kinds of inorganic salt ions. The industrial organic wastewater and excess oxygen form a complex mixture,the oxygen is added when the industrial organic wastewater is treated by the supercritical water oxidation. In this paper,based on water mixture critical parameters,the changes of actual critical temperature and critical pressure of the mixture of industrial organic wastewater and oxygen are qualitatively discussed. The conclusion was reached that common industrial organic wastewater with excess oxygen in the pressure of 23 - 30 MPa,temperature of 450 - 550 ℃ is likely to be overheated near critical state,rather than a supercritical state. And the mechanism of good effect of water oxidation achieved in overheated near critical state was also discussed.
