摘　　要：针对新的环保形势提出的高要求,介绍了我国水泥行业发展现状情况,并分析了水泥行业现阶段存在的主要环境问题,提出了科学界定产业规模、提高治污水平、加强环评管理、增强企业环保内生动力等对策和建议,以期为加强我国水泥行业环保管理提供支撑。In the case of the new requirements of the national environmental protection of China,this paper describes the current development situation of cement industry in China,summarizes and analyzes the main environmental problems in the cement industry at present,puts forward measures and suggestions that can define the industrial scale scientifically,improve the level of pollution control,strengthen the EIA management,and strengthen endogenous power of environmental protection enterprise,to provide references for strengthening the environmental management in China＇s cement industry.
