摘 要:[目的]研究不同光谱能量分布对水稻秧苗生长的影响是实现水稻工厂化育秧的重要保障。[方法]以白光为对照(CK),采用LED调制红蓝光谱分布,设置红蓝1∶1(1R1B)、红蓝3∶1(2R1B)、红蓝红(R1BR2)、红蓝红绿(R1BR2G)处理,光合光量子通量密度(PPFD)均为320μmol·m-2·s-1,研究了不同光谱能量分布对工厂化水稻秧苗生长的影响。[结果]LED光处理的水稻株高、叶面积、鲜质量、干质量、可溶性糖含量和可溶性蛋白含量都大于CK处理。1R1B处理的水稻株高、地上部鲜质量、SOD活性都显著小于2R1B处理;在R1B处理的基础上添加短波红光或短波红光和绿光,秧苗的茎粗、叶面积、白根数、干质量及SOD、APX、GR活性等指标都大于2R1B处理;R1BR2处理的鲜质量、干质量、可溶性蛋白等指标都大于R1BR2G处理。[结论]水稻秧苗偏好红光,且添加短波的红光或绿光有利于秧苗生长,生物量积累较多,秧苗长势较好。[Objectives]Industrialized culturing rice seedlings needs suitable light environment. [Methods]In this study,we adopted white LED as the control( CK),and modulated spectral distribution of 4 light treatments—light treatments respectively were the ratio1 ∶1 of long wavelength red and blue LED( 1R1B),the ratio 3 ∶1 of long wavelength red and blue LED( 2R1B),long wavelength red,blue and short wavelength red LED( R1BR2),and long wavelength red,blue,short wavelength red and green LED( R1BR2G). Photosynthetic photon flux density( PPFD) of all treaments were controlled at 320 μmol·m-2·s-1. We investigated the effect of different spectral energy distributions on the growth of rice seedlings cultured in plant factory. [Results]The results showed that the rice plant height,leaf area,fresh weight,dry weight,soluble sugar and soluble protein of LED light treatment were greater than those of CK treatment. The plant height,shoot fresh weight,and SOD activity in the 1R1 B treatment were significantly less than those of the 2R1 B treatment. On the basis of 2R1 B,the treatments after adding short-wave red light or green light,the stem diameter,leaf area,the number of white roots,dry weight,and SOD,APX,GR activity of the both treatments were greater than those of the 2R1 B treatment.The fresh weight,dry weight,soluble protein and other indicators in R1BR2 treatment were more than those of R1BR2 G treatment.[Conclusions]The results suggested the rice seedlings preferred to red light,and adding short wavelength red light or green light was benefitial to accumulation of more biomass and growth of rice seedling.
