摘  要:[目的]本研究旨在明确不同品种水稻受褐飞虱危害后的光谱反射率与褐飞虱虫量间的关系,为光谱监测不同品种水稻上褐飞虱的危害提供指导。[方法]利用手持式光谱仪测定了4个水稻品种(‘武运粳29号’‘苏香粳3号’‘天丰优084号’和‘内二优6号’)在3个生育期(拔节期、孕穗期和扬花期)受不同虫量褐飞虱危害不同时间后稻株的光谱反射率。[结果]4个水稻品种受褐飞虱危害后,稻株的光谱反射率明显受褐飞虱虫量和危害持续时间的影响。随着褐飞虱危害的加重,稻株在近红外波段的反射率显著降低。稻株光谱反射率与褐飞虱虫量间的相关性随光谱波段变化而波动的趋势在4个水稻品种间均较为一致,不同品种水稻的光谱反射率均具备表征稻株受褐飞虱危害的能力。稻株受不同虫量褐飞虱危害后,拔节期在750 nm、孕穗期在485和675 nm、扬花期在675和750 nm处的光谱反射率能较好地区分各水稻品种受褐飞虱危害的虫量高低。[结论]不同品种水稻的光谱反射率均可表征褐飞虱的危害程度,并且在485、675和750 nm波段处的光谱反射率可用于建立适合不同品种水稻的褐飞虱光谱监测模型。[Objectives]This study aimed at the relationship between spectral reflectance from different cultivars of rice and the number of brown planthopper( BPH) Nilaparvata lugens infested rice,in order to supply guidance for monitoring BPH damage in different rice fields using spectral method. [Methods]A hand-held spectrometer was used to measure spectral reflectance from four rice cultivars( ‘Wuyunjing 29'‘Suxiangjing 3'‘Tianfengyou 084 'and‘Neieryou 6 ') infested with different number of BPH.[Results]Reflectance from four rice cultivars was strongly dependent on the number of BPH infested and infestation duration,and the reflectance value in the near-infrared region decreased significantly as BPH damage became serious. The correlation between reflectance and the number of BPH infested rice fluctuated according to spectral wavelength,but the change trends of correlation coefficient varying with wavelength were similar in these four rice cultivars. The results suggest that reflectance from rice has the potential to identify the number of BPH infested different cultivars of rice plant. Spectral reflectance at 750 nm from jointing rice,485 and 675 nm from booting rice,and 675 and 750 nm from flowering rice,were more sensitive to BPH damage regardless of rice cultivar. [Conclusions]Reflectance from different cultivars of rice could indicate the BPH damage,and reflectance at 485,675 and750 nm could be used for establishing spectral models to monitor the number of BPH in different cultivars of rice.
