摘  要:为了及时正确诊断鸡新城疫和禽霍乱混合感染,试验通过流行病学调查、临床症状检查、病原分离鉴定及致病性试验等对规模化养鸡场的3起自然发病病例进行了确诊。结果表明:经涂片镜检、细菌分离培养、生化试验、动物接种确诊该批鸡患有禽霍乱,并从病鸡上分离得到禽多杀性巴氏杆菌;结合流行病学、临床症状、病理解剖变化、病原分离、鸡胚病变特征、分离病毒回归动物试验、血凝试验(HA)、血凝抑制试验(HI)证明,鸡群中广泛流行的疫病为鸡新城疫,其病原为鸡新城疫病毒。To timely and correctly diagnose the mixed infection of chicken Newcastle disease and pasteurellosis, three naturally infected cases from a large - scale chicken farm were made a definite diagnosis through epidemiological investigation, clinical symptom examination, pathogen- ic isolation and identification, and pathogenicity tests and so on. The results showed that this batch of chickens was diagnosed with avian cholera through smear microscopy, bacterial isolation and culture, biochemical test and animal inoculation. Pasteurella multocida was isolated from sick chickens. When combined with epidemiology, clinical symptoms, pathological anatomy changes, pathogen isolation, the pathological character- istics of chicken embryos, animal regression test of the isolated virus, hemagglutination (HA) and hemagglutination inhibition (HI) tests, it is proved that the widespread disease in the chickens was chicken Newcastle disease, and its pathogen was chicken Newcastle disease virus.
