摘  要:目的观察高嘌呤饮食诱导的高尿酸血症鹌鹑模型体内氧化应激水平的变化。方法采用高嘌呤饮食诱导法建立高尿酸血症鹌鹑模型,通过检测尿酸代谢相关酶、磷酸戊糖途径及血清抗氧化能力,观察模型动物高血尿酸状态下的氧化应激情况。结果模型动物第14天、21天血清尿酸水平显著升高;第21天血清黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)、腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)、葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G6PD)活性显著升高;血清葡萄糖-6-磷酸(G6P)、还原型辅酶Ⅱ(NADPH)含量升高;血清过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著降低;血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、谷胱甘肽还原酶(GSH-GR)活性及丙二醛(MDA)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量显著升高。结论高嘌呤饮食诱导的高尿酸血症鹌鹑模型体内黄嘌呤氧化酶系统及磷酸戊糖途径活跃,抗氧化能力减弱,机体氧化应激水平升高。Objective To investigate the oxidative stress condition in hyperuricemia quail model. Methods Hyperuricemia quail model were induced by purine rich diet. Uric acid metabolic enzymes and pentose phosphate pathway were determined. Serum anti- oxidase agents were also determined. Results Serum uric acid level increased in model group on 14 th and 21 st day. The level of XOD,AOD,G6 PD,G6P,NADPH,GSH- PX,GSH- GR,MDA and GSH increased on 21 st day. Serum SOD activities were decreased significantly. Conclusion Purine rich diet can induce quail hyperuricemia. XOD and pentose phosphate pathway were activated in hyperuricemia quail model. Quails in model group were under oxidative stress condition,with anti- oxidative ability decreased.
