摘　　要：目的探讨患者监督评价机制在手卫生管理中的应用效果。方法在医院15个病区和8个门诊医技科室实施患者监督评价机制,全员动员,营造手卫生管理的氛围,实施患者监督评价机制并跟踪管理。结果医护人员整体手卫生依从率及WHO 5个洗手时刻手卫生依从率均提高(P<0.01),洗手液及速干手消毒剂消耗量增加(P<0.01)。结论患者监督评价机制有利于医院手卫生管理,可有效防止医院感染。Objective To analyze the application effects of patients＇supervision and evaluation mechanism in management of hand hygiene. Methods Pa- tients＇supervision and evaluation mechanism was introduced and applied in 15 wards and outpatient medical departments in hospital ,with mobilizing the whole, building atmosphere of patient participating in hand hygiene, implemented Patients＂ supervision and evaluation mechanism and tracked. Results Hand hygiene compliance rate and WHO five moments for hand hygiene compliance rate of medical staffs both improved （P 〈 0.01 ）, consumption of liquid soap and quick - dr- ying hand disinfectant increased（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Application of patients＂ supervision and evaluation mechanism works remarkably in management of hand hygiene and can prevent hospital infection.
