摘 要:目的探讨小组心理护理对抑郁症患者情绪及健康教育效果的影响。方法按照自愿原则将160例患者分为实验组和对照组,各80例,实验组进行结合团体认知治疗技术的小组心理护理,对照组进行常规心理护理。两组在心理护理前后自评抑郁状况,出院前调查健康教育效果。结果实验组抑郁程度低于对照组(P<0.05),健康教育总知晓率高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论应用团体认知行为治疗技术对抑郁症患者进行小组心理护理可以有效缓解患者的抑郁情绪,提高患者对疾病的认知和健康教育的效果。Objective To investigate the influence of small group psychological care and health education effect on mood in depressive disorder patients. Methods With the voluntary participation,160 patients were enrolled and equaled divided into experimental group and control group in the study,80 patients in the experimental group were combined with the group cognitive therapy of small psychological care, while the control group were with psychological care routine only. Both groups evaluated depression self - assessment before and after the psychological care and the health education effect were surveyed before discharge. Results Compared with the control group ,the experimental group has lower severity of depression (P 〈 0.05) and higher health education awareness (P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion Using group cognitive behavioral therapy techniques in patients with depression in small group psychological care can effectively remission the de- pressed mood and improves the awareness of diseases and health education effect.
