野战医疗所标准护理箱的应用研究

摘　　要：目的研制野战医疗所标准护理箱的配置方案,为野战护理工作的规范化、标准化管理提供合理建议。方法采用文献回顾法、小组讨论法拟订标准护理箱的基本配置,通过Delphi专家函询法对18名专家进行函询,确定模块、分类及具体物品。结果经过2轮函询,形成由基础护理、急救护理、辅助护理、医疗文书4个模块、8大类、98种物品构成的野战医疗所标准护理箱,并通过了卫勤演习的应用。结论专家意见一致性好,形成的野战医疗所标准护理箱满足野战护理工作需求,具有较强的实用性。Objective To develop nursing medical chest of field medical station for purpose of providing the basis for standardized management of field nursing. Methods The basic setting of nursing medical chest were confirmed by literature review and group discussion method, the module and classification were determined by fifteen nursing expertises＂ Delphi consultation. Results Nursing medical chest of field medical station was established, including 4 module, 8 class and 98 kinds of nursing goods after a two - round Delphi consultation. Conclusion The results of mailing consultation of experts were reliable. The nursing medical chest can meet requirement of field nursing, it has certain practicability.
