摘 要:目的探讨个体化饮食护理管理模式对腹膜透析钙磷代谢紊乱患者的影响效果。方法将200例患者随机分为干预组和对照组,各100例。对照组患者接受常规腹膜透析护理管理,干预组患者在常规的基础上,接受由腹膜透析专科护士提供的个体化饮食管理。结果干预后3个月干预组患者血钙高于对照组,血磷低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。干预后6个月干预组患者血钙高于对照组,血磷、钙磷乘积低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论个体化饮食管理能够降低腹膜透析患者的血磷、钙磷乘积水平。Objective To investigate the effect of individual dietary nursing management model on the patients with calcium phosphate metabolism disorder in peritoneal dialysis. Methods Randomly divide 200 patients into intervention group and control group, each of 100 cases. The control group received routine peritoneal dialysis care management, and the intervention group was treated by the routine management of the individual diet provided by peritoneal dialysis spe- cialist. Results After intervention,3 months intervention serum calcium in patients group was higher than that of the control group, the serum phosphorus is low- er than control group, and the difference is statistically significant ( P 〈 0.01 ). After the intervention ,6 months intervention serum calcium in patients group was higher than that of the control group, the serum phosphorus, calcium phosphorus product is lower than control group, and the difference is statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Individual diet management can reduce the level of serum phosphorus and calcium phosphorus product in peritoneal dialysis patients.
