摘　　要：疝修补材料的发展经历了半个多世纪，但最理想的材料仍未被发现，似乎每一次产品的迭代，在弥补一些不足的同时，都伴随有其他问题出现。笔者就疝修补材料的研究发展历程进行总结和探讨。Meshes or prostheses for hernia repair have been developing for half a century, while the best material is far away from being found. Although a few of disadvantages have been made up with products updating, new problems with usage have still arisen. In this review, development process of the repair materials for hernia was summarized and explored.
