轴型皮瓣修复颜面部皮肤及组织缺损(附38例报告)

摘　　要：目的:探讨头面部轴型皮瓣在修复因肿瘤、外伤、感染等原因造成的颜面部皮肤及组织缺损中的临床运用。方法:回顾性分析我院采用轴型皮瓣修复因肿瘤、外伤、感染等原因造成的颜面部皮肤及组织缺损的38例患者的临床资料,所有患者均采用额部、鼻唇沟、耳前、耳后轴型皮瓣转移至缺损处修复缺损。结果:38例患者转移皮瓣全部存活,行二期断蒂及皮瓣整复术后外形满意。结论:各种原因造成颜面部皮肤及组织缺损,采用临近含知名血管的皮瓣修复创面,二期行断蒂及皮瓣整复术,可在彻底切除肿瘤的基础上,保证有足够的供皮区,修复较为容易,尤其是对于感染病例,轴型皮瓣血供好,皮瓣存活率高,对防止感染扩散造成毁容的病例有一定的临床运用价值。Objective： To explore the clinical repair value of facial skin and tissue defect caused by tumour, trauma and infection with the axial flap. Method：The clinical data of 38 patients with facial skin and tissue defect were analyzed retrospectively. All of them were repaired by the axial flap. Result： The axial flap was alive in all patients, and all incision healed in the first stage. All patients had a satisfied result after the second stage of flap surgery. Conclusion：The method of the axial flap in face can be clinically applied in the facial skin and tissue defects caused by tumour,trauma injury and infection. Because the axial flap cotained named blood vessel, the sur- vival rate of it is high.
