1~12岁儿童鼻中隔偏曲发生率与鼻窦炎相关性的CT研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨鼻中隔偏曲发生率与年龄之间的相关性,分析鼻中隔偏曲与鼻窦炎的关系。方法：观察600例1~12岁患儿鼻窦CT炎症情况并进行评分,统计各年龄段鼻中隔偏曲发生率、鼻窦炎发生率及各鼻窦窦腔评分。结果：共对600例鼻窦CT进行了测量,鼻中隔居中404例（67.33%）,鼻中隔左偏104例（17.33%）,鼻中隔右偏92例（15.33%）;鼻中隔居中并发鼻窦炎142例（35.15%）,鼻中隔左偏并发鼻窦炎55例（52.88%）,鼻中隔右偏并发鼻窦炎43例（46.74%）。鼻中隔偏曲发生率随年龄增长逐渐增高（r=0.904）;在不同的年龄段患儿中,鼻窦炎发病率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,发病率最低为1岁（18%）,2岁以后开始升高,3~11岁均保持较高的发病率;各年龄段鼻中隔偏曲患儿的鼻窦炎发病率明显高于鼻中隔居中者,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：1~12岁儿童鼻中隔偏曲发生率随年龄增长而增高,鼻中隔偏曲患儿鼻窦炎发生率高于鼻中隔居中者,鼻中隔偏曲对鼻窦炎发生率的影响是双侧性的。Objective： To investigate the correlation between age and incidence of nasal septum deviation （NSD）, analyze the relativity between nasal septum deviation and sinusitis, Method：A total of 600 sinus CT scans from 1 to 12 years old children were analyzed, an assessment of the sinusitis were evaluated and over all scores were recorded at each age group according to the severity of the sinusitis. At the same time,the incidence of nasal septum deviation and sinusitis were analyzed. Result： There were 600 cases be measured and 404 （67.33 %） cases with normal nasal septum and 196 （32.67%） cases with NSD. The nasal septum slanting to the left were 104 ca- ses （17.33% ） and right 92 （15.33% ）. There were 142 （35.15 % ） cases withsinusitis in all normal nasal septum. There were 55 （52.88%） cases with sinusitis innasal septum slanting to the left and 43 （46.74%）cases with si- nusitis innasal septum slanting to the right. The incidence of NSD increases with age and the correlation coefficient r= 0. 904. There existed a significant difference of sinusitis incidence among different groups and the value of P〈0.01, One year old children had the lowest incidence （18% ） among all groups; the incidence rised after 2 years old and maintained a higher level at the age of 3 to 11 years old. Conclusion：NSD increases along with age at the age of 1 to 12 years old. The incidence of sinusitis in children with NSD is higher than that in normal children. The influence of NSD to the incidence of sinusitis is bilateral.
