屋尘螨变应原特异性免疫治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨屋尘螨变应原特异性免疫治疗(SIT)变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法:将对尘螨过敏的变应性鼻炎患者随机分为SIT组(60例)和药物治疗组(30例),比较两组治疗前和治疗2年的鼻炎症状评分、用药评分、血清sIgE和sIgG4的变化。结果:两组患者治疗后的症状评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.01),且SIT组低于药物治疗组(P<0.05);SIT组治疗后的用药评分较治疗前明显下降(P<0.01);SIT组治疗后血清sIgG4较治疗前升高(P<0.01),药物治疗组治疗前后sIgG4差异无统计学意义。结论:对尘螨引起的常年变应性鼻炎,SIT优于对症药物治疗。血清sIgG4的升高在变应性鼻炎的免疫治疗中发挥了重要作用。Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of specific immunotherapy（SIT） to patients of perennial allergic rhinitis induced by mite. Method：Ninety patients were divided into two groups：SIT group（60 cases） and medica- tion group（30 cases）. The symptom scores,medication scores, serum specificity IgE（sIgE）, serum specificity IgG4 （sIg G4） were recorded before treatment and in the two years of treatment. Result：The symptom scores of two groups after treatmentdeceased significantly compared to those before （P〈0. 01） ,which were lower in SIT group than in medication group（P〈0.05）. The medication scores decreased only in SIT group （P〈0.01）. The level of serum sIgG4 increased only in SIT group （P〈0.01）. But the level of serum sIgE has no statistic differences. Con- clusion：SIT is effective for patients with perennial allergic rhinitis induced by mite. The incease of serum sIgG4 plays an important role in SIT.
