从沂蒙“红嫂”现象看党的群众工作

摘　　要：革命战争年代,沂蒙地区涌现出一个爱党爱军、无私奉献的女性群体——沂蒙红嫂。她们的出现,是党的群众工作的结果。通过放足运动和妇婴保健的普及,婚姻自由和家庭关系的改善,经济、政治地位的提高,以及识字班的文化和革命思想教育,沂蒙妇女得以翻身解放,她们才会在对比抉择中选择中国共产党,并勇敢地投入到革命斗争中。党在沂蒙根据地对妇女群体开展群众工作的经验,对当前党员干部做好新形势下的群众工作仍有启发借鉴意义。In the revolutionary war years,there emerged a female group in Yimeng area--Yimeng＂Red Sisters＇who dedicated themselves to the career of the CPC and the people＇s army.The appearance of the ＂Red Sisters＇was the result of the Party＇s mass work.Under the leadership of the Party,Yimeng women were liberated by popularizing Foot-releasing movement, disseminating maternal and infant care,improving the freedom of marriage and family relationships,enhancing economic and political status,and they were also nurtured by the cultural and ideological education through Yimeng-literacy-class.For these reasons they decided to support the Party and went into the revolutionary struggle bravely.Nowadays the experiences of the Party carried out the mass work of women in the Yimeng base area have an explicit directive significance to the Party members and cadres to work better in new situation.
