摘　　要：发展生物质能源对改善能源结构、保护生态环境、发展农村经济有重要作用。山东省生物质资源丰富,技术条件和产业基础较好。山东省在户用沼气、生物质直燃发电、纤维素乙醇等领域的生物质能源利用上全国领先;但在产业发展中存在原料收集困难,产业布局不合理,综合效益低下等问题。促进生物质能源产业的可持续发展,应该在政府主导和政策扶持的基础上建立产业发展的市场运行机制,加强资源调查和产业规划,注重国际合作和科技创新,因地制宜,多元发展。黄河三角洲和海洋生物质能源的开发是山东省生物质能源发展的中长期战略重点。Bio-energy usage has great significance in improving energy structure,protecting ecological environment,and promoting rural economic development.There are abundant biomass resource,advanced technology and good industry basis for bio-energy industry development in Shandong Province.Shandong Province keeps leading in rural household biogas construction, biomass direct combustion power generation and cellulosic ethanol,but there are some problems such as difficulty in biomass collection,improperly in industry layout, low industry profit etc.Market mechanism based on government guild and policy support is critical for bio-energy industry sustainable development.Bio-energy resource investigation and industry development plan should be done in the early stage.International cooperation and technological innovation should be strengthened.Due to the variety and low geographical density ofbiomass,different bio-energy exploitation modes should be encouraged.Yellow River Delta and marine bio-energy exploitation are key strategic realms of Shandong bio-energy industry in the middle and long term.
