科教驱动欠发达地区现代农业发展策略研究——以沂蒙老区为例

摘　　要：伴随现代农业发展的趋势,我国现代农业科技发展取得了突出成就,但对于欠发达地区而言,现代农业发展尚有一些困难和挑战需要解决。沂蒙老区作为东部经济发展凹地,在农业科技人员队伍、农业从业人员和农业科教投入等诸多方面存在问题。科教驱动沂蒙地区现代农业发展的对策有强化农业科技人员队伍建设,提高农业从业人员的业务素质,加大农业科技投入力度,加强现代农业科技创新服务的基础设施建设和建立健全农业科技创新的应用体制。With the development of modem agriculture,the modem agricultural science and technology development in our country has obtained prominent achievement.With regard to less developed areas,there are some difficulties and challenges to be solved in modem agriculture development.Yimeng as concave about the eastern economic development,there are some problems in agricultural science and technology personnel team,agricultural workers in agricultural science and education,and many other aspects.This study puts forward some measures for modem agricultural development in science and education driving：to strengthen the agricultural science and technology personnel team construction;to improve the professional quality of agricultural professionals;to enhance investment in agricultural science and technology;to strengthen the construction of modem agricultural science and technology innovation service infrastructure.
