摘 要:文中首先推导了含悬浮电极时的轴对称结构的有限元方程,然后利用Fortran语言进行了编程,完成了含悬浮电极时的有限方法计算程序的编制工作,并利用该程序计算分析了550 kV SF6终端中有无悬浮电极时的电场分布,进行比较。计算分析说明,终端中采用悬浮电极后能有效地降低终端内外表面的最大场强,避免了此处空气中局部放电的发生,提高了终端运行的可靠性。在充SF6气体压力为0.3 MPa(表计)时,两种结构的终端各进行了正负15次峰值为1 675 kV的雷电冲击电压试验,其中单屏蔽结构的套管有3次在负极性发生了击穿。试验证明,含有悬浮电极结构的终端绝缘可靠性更高。FE (finite element) equation of the electric field in axial symmetrical structure with suspending electrode has been derived, and the FEM (finite element method) program has been finished based on Fortran. Finally, the FEM program has been used for analyzing the electric field distribution of the SF6 terminations with and without the suspending electrode, and a comparison has been presented. The results revealed that a uniform electric field distribution is achievable, partial discharge is avoided in exterior of the terminations, and the reliability of the terminations is improved by using suspending electrode in terminations. These SF6 terminations have been performed lightning impulse voltage both positive and negative polarity 1 675 kV, 15 times, under 0.3 MPa relative gas pressure. And 3 times insulation failure occurred on terminations without suspending electrodes. These test results reveal that the dielectric margin of terminations employing suspending electrodes is enhanced.
