摘　　要：文中阐述了现场对SF6电气设备的SF6气体密度继电器进行定期校验的必要性,并综合分析了SF6气体密度继电器现场校验中存在的问题。为了解决现场校验时可能发生误操作的问题,提出并研制了SF6气体密度继电器校验用的装配接头,该装配接头可以在同一个接口对SF6电气设备进行充气以及微水测试或自动关断SF6电气设备的SF6气路对密度继电器进行校验,从而使电力检修人员不用拆卸密度继电器接头座或密度继电器,就能对SF6气体密度继电器进行方便校验,可以彻底防止误操作,为电力检修人员的操作带来方便,大大提高工作效率和保障作业的准确性,从而保证供电设备的正常运行。This paper expounds the necessity of calibration on SF6 gas density monitor and analyzed the problems existing in the field. In order to soNe the problem of false operation that could happen during the calibration on site, we put forward and developed the SF6 gas density monitor calibration with joint assembly. With the joint assembly, in the same port one can refill and measure the moisture, or automatically shut off the SF6 gas link and calibrate the SF6 density monitor. The power maintenance personnel need not to remove density monitor and SF6 gas density monitor can be calibrated. False operations can also be completely prevented. Great convenience can be brought to the maintenance personnel and greatly improve the work efficiency and the accuracy of the job, thus ensuring the healthy running of power supply equipment.
