摘 要:电缆接头是电缆线路的故障高发部位,通过测量电缆接头的局部放电有利于准确评估电缆的绝缘状态。现有电缆接头局部放电测量方法大多需要改变接头的固有结构,或是测量灵敏度偏低。笔者基于电容耦合原理,在不改变接头结构的基础上提出了一种适用于直通式电缆接头的局部放电测量方法,构建了相应的测量系统。通过计算机仿真分析从理论层面证明了测量方法的正确性。在真实35 kV直通式电缆接头内预设尖刺缺陷,开展了局部放电的对比检测试验,试验结果表明,文中提出的直通式电缆接头局部放电测量系统灵敏度不低于10 p C。针对同一预设缺陷产生的局部放电信号,文中提出的测量系统与DST-4型局部放电检测仪生成PRPD谱图的相似度高达0.9,从实测层面证明了文中提出的直通式电缆接头局部放电测量方法的有效性。Cable joint is a high fault part of cable line, it is useful to assess insulation state of the cable through the measurement of partial discharge (PD) in cable joints. The existing methods of cable joint PD measurement are mostly need to change the joint structure, or have a lower sensitivity measurement. In this paper, based on the principle of capacitive coupling, on the basis of no changing the cable joint structure, a PD measurement method which suitable for straight through cable joint has been proposed, the corresponding measurement system has been built. Through computer simulation and analysis, the correctness of the measurement method from the theoretical level is proved. A needle defect set in a real 35 kV straight through cable joint, and then, the comparison test of PD has been carried out. The test results show that, the sensitivity of PD measurement system proposed by this paper no less than 10 pC. For PD signal generated from a same defect, PRPD spectrogram generated from the PD measurement system presented in this paper and DST-4 PD detecting instrument has the similarity of up to 0.9.
