摘  要:为研究绝缘子串沿串积污特性及影响因素,深入进行复合绝缘子的自然积污特性的试验研究。文中对兴安±500 kV直流输电线路沿线具有代表性、典型性的运行绝缘子串制定人工污秽取样方案与实地取样,并对污秽样品进行处理研究,深入分析了不同绝缘子串材质与不同插花型式的绝缘子的污秽沿串的积污特性。研究表明:高压直流输电线路绝缘子串积污受自然落污与电场两方面作用,高压端盐密值要大于低压端;上表面污秽物盐密值不一定小于下表面;不同插花形式中,小伞裙的污秽度最大;合理的设计伞形结构对提高耐污性能有重要作用。研究成果可指导运行部门优化架空输电线路的外绝缘配置、制定运行维护策略。In this paper, aimed at the representative and typical insulator strings for Xing'an ±500 kV DC transmission line, sampling plan of artificial contamination is developed, field sampling is carried out, and the treatment of contaminated samples is analyzed. different materials and different And in-depth analysis of the contamination characteristics along the string of shapes insulator string type of insulator strings. Studies show that the contamination of the insulator string in high voltage direct current transmission line is affected by both natural pollution and electric field, salt density of the high voltage side is greater than that of the low voltage side; Salt density on the upper surface is not necessarily less than the lower surface; in the form of different styles of sheds, the small insulator sheds have the greatest contamination degree; rational design shed profile structure has an important role to improve stain resistance. The research provide guidance for the power sector to optimize the external insulation of overhead transmission line configuration, and to develop the operation and maintenance strategy.
