摘 要:首先分析了永磁同步电动机控制系统的能量交换关系,提出了一种外环采用电动机转子储存动能作为反馈变量,内环采用电流作为反馈变量的双闭环矢量控制策略,给出了其理论依据和环路设计方法。研究了电动机负载对控制策略的影响,提出了一种简单且有效的负载估计方案,将电动机负载时的控制近似等效为空载时的控制。实验验证了所提出控制策略的可行性,并将该控制策略与传统的转速、电流双闭环矢量控制策略进行比较,实验结果表明本文所提出的控制策略具有更好的动态响应性能。At first, the energy exchange relations in the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) control system are analyzed in this paper. Then a novel strategy with two closed loops is proposed, in which the current loop is the inner loop, and the rotor kinetic energy serves as the outer loop. The influence of load to the motor control strategies is analyze, a simple and effective load estimation scheme is proposed, the control the motor with load is approximately equivalent to that counterpart without load. The theoretical basis and the design procedure of the loops are also given. The feasibility of the vector control strategy based on rotor kinetic energy is verified by experiments. Compared to the traditional vector control strategy, the vector control strategy based on rotor kinetic energy has a better dynamic performance. At last, an effective estimation solution to the load variation is put forward.
