摘　　要：我国海水鱼类的养殖历史最为悠久。400多年前的明朝,人们就开始鲻鱼的人工养殖。改革开放至今,我国海水网箱养殖得到迅速发展,现已成为继藻类、贝类和对虾养殖之后的又一水产支柱产业,并具有巨大的发展潜力。海鲈的养殖水域十分广泛,其在常见的淡水池塘、海水池塘、淡水工厂、海水工厂、网箱、内陆盐碱水域中都能很好生长,优异的环境适应能力、较强的抗病力以及饲料来源广泛等优点使其成为我国优良的人工海水养殖品种。目前海鲈年产量突破10万t,稳居海水养殖鱼类之首。There is documented as early as the Ming Dynasty farmed on mullet,so far,400 years of history. Since the reform and opening up,especially the development of marine cage aquaculture is particularly rapid,is another pillar industry after aquatic algae, shellfish and shrimp farming and the rise and has great potential for development. Sea bass in a variety of water for farming, such as freshwater ponds ,water ponds ,freshwater plants ,water plants, cages, inland saline waters in farming ,but also has strong adaptability and nutritional needs are not high for feed, disease resistance and many other advantages. Currently sea bass output exceeded 100,000 tons ,ranking the first of marine fish.
