摘  要:[目的]研究气相色谱法测定水中硝基苯前处理方法的改进效果.[方法]对气相色谱法测定水中硝基苯的前处理方法进行改进,提出用正己烷代替甲苯进行硝基苯萃取和标准溶液配制.[结果]在优化的试验条件下,对水中硝基苯进行定量,线性方程为y=0.31x +0.66,相关系数为0.99999,测定检出限为0.19 μg/L,测定结果的相对偏差不大于3.0%(n=8),加标回收率为94.5%~101.0%[结论]通过与标准方法比较,改进方法精密度、重现性及准确度完全满足要求,可以用于水中硝基苯的检测分析.[ Objective ] The research aimed to study improvement effect of pretreatment in nitrobenzene determination by gas chromatography. [ Method] Pretreatment method of nitrobenzene determination in water by gas chromatography was improved. Methylhenzene was replaced by n-hexane to extract nitrobenzene and prepare standard solution. [ Result] Under the optimum experimental condition, nitrobenzene in aqueous solution was quantified. Results showed that linear equation was y = 0. 31 x + 0. 66, the correlation coefficient was 0. 999 99, the limits of detection was 0. 19 μg/L, RSDs were less than 3.0% ( n = 8) , and the average recovery rates were between 94. 5% and 101.0%. [ Conclusion ] Compared with standard method, the precision, reproducibility and accuracy of improved method completely met the requirement, and it can be well used for the detection of nitrobenzene in water.
