摘 要:[目的]优化微波辅助提取甜杏仁皮总黄酮的工艺。[方法]以甜杏仁皮为原料,在单因素试验的基础上,采用响应曲面法对影响总黄酮得率的主要因素进行了分析,探讨微波辅助提取甜杏仁皮总黄酮的最优工艺。[结果]结果表明,甜杏仁皮总黄酮微波提取最佳工艺条件为微波功率414.98 W,乙醇浓度64.23%,液料比29.70∶1 ml/g,提取时间10.39 min,在该条件下杏仁皮黄酮得率理论值为13.835 mg/g。[结论]研究可为甜杏仁皮这一潜在的药用资源的研究开发提供一定的科学依据。[ Objective ] To optimize the process conditions for microwave extraction of total flavonoids from sweet apricot kernel skin. [ Method ] Based on single factor test, effects of various factors on flavonoid concentration were analyzed through response surface methodology (RSM). The optimal conditions for microwave extraction of total flavonoids from sweet apricot kernel skin were discussed. [ Result] The results showed that the optimal conditions for flavonoids extraction process included the use of microwave power 414.98 W, 64.23% ethanol with 29.70:1 vol/wt liquid to solid ratio for 10.39 min extraction duration. Under these conditions the extraction rate of total flavonoids from sweet apricot kernel skin was recorded as 13. 835 mg/g. [ Conclusion ] The study can provide a certain scientific basis for research and development of sweet apricot kernel skin.
