摘 要:研究了过氧化氢和亚氯酸钠两种氧化剂对仪纶针织物白度的影响,并对亚氯酸钠脱色工艺的参数如浓度、pH值、温度、时间进行了分析,同时对经过亚漂后的仪纶进行增白处理。结果表明:过氧化氢脱色处理后,仪纶织物的白度均低于10,不能满足后续染整加工的需要;亚氯酸钠脱色处理后织物的最佳白度为62.5,优化的脱色工艺条件为:亚氯酸钠20g/L、pH为3、温度为95~100℃、时间为3h;经过亚漂后的仪纶使用0.025g/L的增白剂处理即可达到86的白度。This research aimed at investigating the effect of whiteness of YILON knitted fabric with hydrogen peroxide and sodium chlorite treatment. The parameters such as concentration, pH value, temperature, time, etc were analyzed in sodium chlorite discoloration process. At the same time, YILON was sodium chlorite treatment. The results showed that the whiteness of YILON fabric all peroxide treatment. But this whiteness can't meet the needs of the subsequent dyeing an treated with whiteners after below of 10 after hydrogen d finishing. The best white- ness was 62.5 after sodium chlorite treatment and the optimum process condition were: concentration of sodium chlorite 20 g/L, pH value 3, temperature 95-100℃, time 3 hours. The whiteness of YILON achieved to 86 with whiteners concentration that was 0. 025 g/L after sodium chlorite treatment.
