摘  要:在现有2万吨/年的东洋纺聚酯短纤维设备上生产1.33dtex非织造聚酯短纤维,笔者探讨了纺丝及后加工工艺对产品质量的影响。结果表明:适当减小单孔挤出量,提高纺速,控制冷却工艺条件,降低后纺牵伸温度,合理分配牵伸倍率,可以生产出符合要求的产品。Based on the production of 1.33 dtex non-woven polyester staple fiber by 20 000 t/a Toyobo poly- ester staple fiber equipment, the author discussed the influences on the quality of product from the spinning to post processing. The results showed that by decreasing the extrusion of single spinneret hole appropriately, increasing the spinning speed, controling the cooling process conditions, decreasing the post processing drawn temperature and allocating the drawn ratio reasonably, could produce the products that meet the requirements.
