摘　　要：某短纤装置后牵伸生产线由直流电机拖动,驱动采用日本安川VS-520B直流调速系统。运行多年,性能和可靠性下降,故障率升高。利用西门子的6RA70数字直流调速器和S7-300 PLC组成主控制系统,进行设计改造,改造后系统控制稳定、故障率明显降低。The first break draft of staple production line was dragged by the DC motor, and the motor was driv- en by DC speed control system. This system had been running for many years, so the performance and the reality decreased. By comparing with other products, we decided to adopt digital DC speed regulator and S7-300 PLC control system of Siemens Company. After design and modification, the system was stable and trouble-free.
