摘　　要：打包是将切断机切断后的短纤维输入打包机并打成一定重量的成品棉包。笔者分析了短纤打包计量系统现在存在的问题,在此基础上提出了改造方案。重点介绍了F701C计量系统的使用。结果表明,改造后打包系统控制精度高,产品重量稳定,设备故障率低。Baling was a process which fiber was cut off by cutting machine and put into a fixed weight finished product bag. The problem of metrological control system on staple fiber -baling machine was analysised and then on this basis some modification scheme was put forward. It introduced the usage of metrological control system F701C and the method of common fault. After modification, baling machine had advantages including high control precision, stable product weight, and low equipment failure rate .
