摘　　要：某PTA装置原精制预热系统采用5台预热器和两台加热器对浆料进行预热,后两台加热器采用9 000 k Pa高压蒸汽作为热源,本次改造将后一级加热器的凝液作为前一级加热器的热源,以达到降低高压蒸汽消耗的目的。There are five preheaters and two calorifiers in the original PTA preheating system to preheat feed, where the two ealorifiers using high pressure steam （9 000 kPa） as heat source. In this reform, we make the later calorifier＇s condensate as heat source of prior calorifier to reduce the consumption of high pressure steam.
