摘 要:通过PTFE(聚四氟乙烯)/Kevlar双层织物与GCr15钢制金属盘的黏接试验,研究黏接面经过喷砂处理后,黏接压力对PTFE/Kevlar双层织物摩擦磨损性能的影响.结果表明:黏接压力为0.30 MPa时,PTFE/Kevlar双层织物的摩擦因数和磨损率最低,润滑性能和耐磨性能最好;同时,与黏接压力为0.10及0.20 MPa时相比,黏接压力为0.30及0.40 MPa时,PTFE/Kevlar双层织物的摩擦因数与磨损率的一致性较好,故适当提高黏接压力有利于提高PTFE/Kevlar双层织物摩擦磨损性能的稳定性.Adhesive surfaces of GCr15 steel plates were processed by abrasive blasting.The effects of bonding pressure on friction and wear properties of PTFE/Kevlar double fabric were studied by bonding tests of the fabric and GCr15 steel plates.The results showed that,when the bonding pressure was 0.30 MPa,PTFE/Kevlar double fabric had the lowest friction factor and wear rate,demonstrated the best lubricity and wear resistance.Compared with the bonding pressure of 0.10 and 0.20 MPa,when the bonding pressure was 0.30 and0.40 MPa,the friction factor and wear rate of the fabric showed a better consistency,which indicated that an appropriate increase of bonding pressure was beneficial to increase the stability of friction and wear properties of PTFE/Kevlar double fabric.
