摘 要:假单胞菌属Pseudomonas群体庞大,广泛分布于土壤、水体和动植物中,并产生大量的次生代谢产物以适应环境的变化。抗生素为假单胞菌在自然生态条件下的生存提供了重要的竞争手段,同时也是生防假单胞菌防治植物病害的主要机制之一。本文介绍假单胞菌产生的抗生素种类、作用机制、不同浓度下抗生素的生物学功能,以及假单胞菌抗生素在医学和农业病害防治中的应用。Pseudomonas is a large genus known for its wide spreading in natural habitats, including soil, water, and its association with plants and animals. Members of Pseudomonas genus produce a long list of secondary metabolites during their adaption of environmental changes. Antibiotics produced by Pseudomonas spp. facilitate bacterial colonization in the competition against the indigenous microbial community, and function as major components for biocontrol agents to suppress plant diseases in agricultural environments. This article introduces the characteristics and action model of antibiotics produced by Pseudomonas, their biological functions in different concentrations, and the commercial application of these antibiotics in agriculture and medicine.
