毛细管柱气相色谱法测定醇类消毒凝胶中乙醇含量

摘　　要：目的：建立一种快速测定醇类消毒凝胶中乙醇含量的毛细管柱气相色谱法。方法：稀释待测样品,以叔丁醇为内标,采用毛细管柱气相色谱法测定乙醇含量,并进行方法学验证。结果：乙醇峰和内标峰完全分离,乙醇浓度在1-10 g/L呈良好线性关系（Y=0.607 9X-0.030 3,r=0.999 5）,方法检测限为1.67 mg/L,回收率为98.6%-99.9%,相对标准偏差RSD〈2.0%。结论：毛细管柱气相色谱法可适用于醇类消毒凝胶中乙醇含量测定。Objective： To establish a rapid determination method of ethanol in disinfectant gel by capillary-gas chromatography. Method： Using tert butyl alcohol as the internal standard,the sample was directly determined by capillary-gas chromatography after diluted. This method would be verified by experimentation. Results： The ethanol peak and the internal standard peak can be separated fully,the linearity of ethanol was good in the range of 1 ~ 10 g / L（ Y = 0. 607 9X- 0. 030 3,r = 0. 999 5）,the method detection limit was 1. 67 mg / L; the recovery rate was 98. 6% ~ 99. 9%,the RSD was less than2. 0%. Conclusion： This method is suitable for the determination of ethanol in disinfectant gel.
