摘　　要：以电信网、广播电视网和互联网为基础的"三网融合",是新一代信息技术革命发展的必然趋势。高校图书馆是信息文化中心,"三网融合"背景下图书馆的用户群体、用户需求、资源建设、服务方式等都会发生巨大变化,从根本上改变我国文化信息资源保存、管理、传播和使用方式。作为精神文化的引领者,高校图书馆应主动融入改革的浪潮,充分利用"三网融合"带来的广阔平台,转变服务理念、提升服务质量,依托资源、人才、技术等优势,不断满足用户需求,拓展用户群体,提高资源利用率。＂Three Nets integration＂ based on telecommunication network broadcasting television network and Inter- net is the inevitable developing trend of new information technology revolution. University library is the center of in- formation and culture, under the background of ＂Three Nets integration ＂, the user groups.user requirements.resources construction and service mode of library will change greatly, and fundamentally change our cultural information and resources preservation management.transmission and usage mode. As a leader of spiritual culture, university library should take the initiative in the wave of reformation, make full use of the ＂Three Nets integration＂ platform, change service concept, improve service quality, and rely on resources.talent and technology advantages, constantly to meet user requirements, expand user groups and improve resource utilization.
