摘 要:针对贮木场火险的特点,构建了贮木场评价的指标体系,并应用变异系数法和层次分析法相结合确定了其权重。根据林区贮木场火险评价体系具有多因素、多层次的特点,采用模糊识别法进行综合评价。将加权广义权距离之和最小模糊识别运用到模糊综合评价当中,建立了模糊评价模型,避免了单因素矩阵的确定和模糊算子的选择问题,用安全状态特征值来表征最终的评价结果,避免了模糊综合评价的不足之处,使评价结果更加准确,可操作性强。对东北林区4个贮木场(绥棱林业局贮木场、占河林业局贮木场、白河林业局贮木场和满归林业局贮木场)火险评价实例证明,该模型具有较好的应用价值,可为贮木场火险等级评价提供参考。According to the fire risk characteristics of lumberyards, the index system of fire risk assessment was es-tablished, and its weights were determined by hierarchic analysis and coefficient of variation method. Since thelumberyards fire risk assessment system has multiple factors and multiple levels, fuzzy synthetic assessment was a-dopted. For avoiding shortcomings of the fuzzy synthetic assessment, the fuzzy recognition was used into the fuzzysynthetic assessment based on model. This model could avoid the determination of single factor matrix and the op-tion of fizzy calculation unit. The final assessment resuh is expressed by the value of safety status features, and thismakes the assessment result more accurate and more operational. The fire assessment of 4 lumberyards in forest ar-ea of Northeast China by using this model shows that it has high value for actual practice and it could provide goodreference for fire risk classification.
