摘 要:通过对科技期刊编辑职业幸福感的分析,认为应构建编辑部幸福微环境以提高科技期刊编辑的职业幸福感。首先,应明确科技期刊编辑的需求及与之相匹配的关怀准则。营造仁爱、友好、互助的科技期刊编辑部人际关系氛围以满足科技期刊编辑良性社交的需求,建立支持型编辑部以满足其尊重及自我实现的需要。其次,科技期刊编辑部文化和平台是构建幸福微环境的重要保障,深层次的职业幸福感需要通过科技期刊出版价值认同和文化管理来实现。再次,构建科技期刊编辑部幸福微环境还需要从科技期刊绩效、编辑发展、工作意义等全面统筹考虑,建立努力—业绩—心理反馈机制。Through the analysis on the professional well-being of sci-tech periodieal editors, this article suggests that, in order to improve the professional well-being of scie-tech periodical editors, well-being microenvironment should be constructed in editorial department. First, what should be made clear are the requiremenl of periodical sci-tech editors and the caring criterion in editorial department. Kindly and helpful interpersonal relationship should be built, which would meet their requirement of virtuous social intercourse, and supportive editorial department should be built too, which would meet their requirements of respect and self-realization. Second, the culture and platform of editorial department of sci-tech periodicals arc important guarantee for well-being microenvironment. The implementation of deep professional well-being relies on value identity and culture management of publication of sci-tech periodicals. Third, to build well-being microenvironmen/, a comprehensive consideration should be taken concerning scitech periodical performance, the development of editors and the meaning of working, and mechanism of efforts-performance - feedback should be set up in editorial department of sci-tech periodicals.
