摘　　要：针对移动护理系统在应用过程中突出存在的问题,如因无线网络通讯质量不稳定,应用系统主要依赖手工操作无形中给护士增加负担等问题,提出新一代无线网络升级解决方案,为移动护理系统向"实用"、"可用"方面发展奠定了基础。着重讨论新一代无线网络漫游机制的升级和引入"功能条码"和"24时段工单"的新一代移动护理系统设计理念,最大化实现伴随式数字查房,力求为医院移动护理系统建设提供参考。There are evident problems during the application of mobile nursing system. For example, the system, which mainly relies on manual operation, increases the burden over nurses due to instable quality of wireless network communication. Considering these problems, we propose the program of new-generation wireless network upgrading to lay the foundation for the feasibility of the mobile nursing system. This article discusses the upgrading of new-generation wireless network roaming mechanism and the design concept of new-generation mobile nursing system incorporating ＂functional barcode＂ and ＂24-hour work order＂, which will maximize the possibility of companion-type digital ward round, in order to provide a reference for the construction of mobile nursing system in hospital.P.R.C.
