摘　　要：手术室高值耗材管理的难点在于涉及业务面广、管理专业性强、维护成本高。医院材料管理借鉴制造业厂商的先进经验,通过信息系统实现高值耗材的JIT库存模式,能够科学管理材料,提高生产效率,增加物品流通,增强用户体验,洞察物品进销趋势,实现医院手术室高值耗材的精细化管理。Difficulty operating room high-value consumables management is that covers a wide range of business management side, management professional, high maintenance costs. Hospital materials management use advanced experience of Manufacturers,achieve high value consumables JIT inventory mode with the information system,capable of scientific management materials,improve productivity,increase the flow of goods,enhance the user experience,insight into the sales trend, achieve hospital operating room highvalue consumables achieve fine management.
