摘　　要：介绍了汽车安全带的质量指标、染料助剂的选择以及染整工艺设计。汽车安全带原材料采用高强低伸的涤纶长丝，选择TERATOP汽车专用染料和连续浸轧热溶染色生产工艺，染色温度210～225℃，时间1-2min。采用该工艺，产品质量易控，能够满足汽车整车厂商的质量指标要求。The quality indicators, choices of dyes and auxiliaries, process design of dyeing and finishing of car seat belts, are described. Car seat belts are made from high-strength and low-stretch polyester filament, and produced by continuous padding thermosol dyeing process with special dye TERATOP under the conditions of temperature of 2]0 - 225 ℃ and time of 1 - 2 rain. The quality of products is easy to control and can meet the requirements of the automotive vehicle manufacturers.
