摘　　要：京津冀协同发展是天津战略性新兴产业跃升的一个重大机遇,天津应利用已有的产业基础与优势,主动开展京津冀产业对接,通过错位发展的产业结构、拓展产业链条、培养科技创新能力、集聚科技创新人才、建立多元化风险分担机制等相关举措,在实现区域协同利益最大化的同时,努力提升天津战略性新兴产业发展水平和发展层次。Cooperation development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is a big opportunity for the upgrading of the strategic emerging industry in Tianjin. Using the existing industrial foundation and advantages, Tianjin carries out industrial connection of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region actively, through forming the dislocation development of industrial structure, expand the industrial chain, develop sci- ence and technolog versified risk shari strategic emerging y innovation ability, gather science and technology innovation talents, establish di- ng mechanism etc, maximizing regional cooperative interests and promoting the industry level.
