摘 要:采用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)法测定了二苯酮四酸二酐与二氨基二苯醚合成的聚酰胺酸的分子量,计算其分子量分布,绘制了两条不同的标准曲线,比较其对聚酰胺酸分子量大小的影响。通过热重分析方法测试了由不同分子量聚酰胺酸合成的聚酰亚胺薄膜的热稳定性。结果表明:聚合物分子量不会随着标准曲线选取样品分子量的不同而出现较大的差异,分子量均处于相同数量级范围内;在合适范围内,标准曲线的选取不会影响聚合物分子量的测量;由相对分子量大的聚酰胺酸合成的薄膜热失重温度较高,耐热性能较好。The molecular weight of polyamide acids, which were synthesized by benzophenone tetracarbox-ylic acid dianhydride and diaminodiphenyl ether, was determined by gel permeation chromatography (GPC) method, and their molecular weight distribution was calculated. Two different standard curves were drawn and their effects on the molecular weight of polyamide acids were compared. The thermal stability of polyimide films, which were synthesized by different molecular weight of polyamide acids, was tested by thermogravimetric analysis. The results indicate that the molecular weight of polymers shows no significant difference with different selection of standard curves, and the molecular weight all in the same order of magnitude. The weight loss temperature of the polyimide film synthesized by high molecu-lar weight of polyamide acid is higher, and its heat resistance is better.
