突发危机中非官方正能量信息的挖掘与演化分析——以“上海外滩踩踏事件”为例

摘　　要：非官方正能量信息在突发危机领域的积极作用不容小觑。基于本文挖掘的关键词提取、短语匹配和词频计算方法,对"上海外滩踩踏事件"新浪微博30天47 019条数据中的正能量信息进行挖掘和演化分析。研究发现,虽然非官方正能量信息的演化态势与舆情发展基本相符,但含有正能量的783个关键热词在道德、认知、情感和行为维度上仍分布不均,在信息需求和官方媒体的双重影响下,公众对突发危机的是非判断、理性认知、正向情感和行为参与方面也存在阶段性差异,由此提出了扩大非官方正能量信息社会影响力的建议。The role of the positive online information in crisis areas should not be underestimated. Using the keywords extraction, phrase matching technique and frequency calculation methods, we analyze 47,019 pieces of data in 30 days from Sina Microblog about ＂Shanghai Stampede Event＂. The findings show that the evolution of the positive online information is basically in accordance with the development of network opinions, while the distribution of 783 keywords is unbalanced under the moral, cognitive, affective and behavioral dimensions. With the dual influence of the information demand and the official media, there are still differences in aspects of right-wrong judge- ment, rational cognition, positive emotion and behavior participation in this study. For this reason, we make the suggestions on strengthening the social influence of the positive online information at last.
