血液灌流治疗急性有机磷农药中毒中间综合征的临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的为了增加急性有机磷农药中毒中间综合征患者的治疗效果并预防和减少不良事件发生率,探讨采取血液灌流治疗的可行性和意义。方法将60例于2012年1月至2015年1月在我治疗的急性有机磷农药中毒中间综合征患者作为研究对象并按照随机双盲对照分配的原则分为观察组和对照组,所有患者均常规给予内科保守治疗,其中对照组患者同时采取普通机械通气治疗措施,而观察组患者则同时采取血液灌流治疗,比较不同治疗方案疗效差异。结果经过统计研究发现,观察组和对照组患者均取得了一定的治疗效果,但是观察组患者疗效更显著,且两组比较差异具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论对于急性有机磷农药中毒中间综合征患者在常规治疗的基础上加用血液灌流治疗,能够明显的改善患者呼吸肌麻痹情况,缩短患者住院时间,提高治疗效果,值得推广。Objective To discuss the feasibility and significance of the blood perfusion treatment, in order to increase the therapeutic effect of patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning intermediate syndrome and prevent and reduce the incidence of adverse events. Methods 60 cases with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning intermediate syndrome, which admitted in our hospital during January 2012 and January 2015, were selected as the research object. They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the principle of randomized double-blind controlled distribution. All patients were routinely offered medical conservative treatment; among them the control group was given common mechanical ventilation treatment measures, while the observation group of was given the blood perfusion treatment. The different treatment curative effects were compared. Results After a statistical study, observation group and control group patients were made certain therapeutic effect, but the curative effect of observation group patients more prominent, the difference was significant statistically significant（p〈0.05）. Conclusion The blood perfusion treatment on the basis of conventional treatment for patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning intermediate syndrome can significantly improve respiratory myoparalysis case, shorten hospital stays and improve the treatment effect that is worth promoting.
