疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗急性绞窄性腹股沟疝的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗急性绞窄性腹股沟疝的疗效。方法选择59例急性绞窄性腹股沟疝患者为研究对象,根据手术方式的不同将采用疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗的患者纳入观察组（n=30）,采用传统方法治疗的患者纳入对照组（n=29）,比较两组患者手术时间、术后住院天数、术后局部感染发生率及复发情况。结果观察组患者手术时间长于对照组,但术后住院时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组患者术后局部感染率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;术后进行6~24个月的随访,观察组复发率为3.33%,对照组复发率为20.69%,观察组患者复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗绞窄性腹股沟疝具有确切的疗效,且不增加术后局部感染发生率,并且降低了术后的复发率。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the treatment of Mesh plug hernia repair in acute strangulated inguinal hernia. Methods 59 patients with acute strangulated inguinal hernia were enrolled in this study,30 patients treated by Mesh plug hernia repair treatment were included into the observation group,and29 patients treated by the traditional method were included into the control group,the operative time,postoperative hospital stay,postoperative local infection incidence and recurrence of the two groups were compared. Results The operative time in the observation group was longer than the control group,but the postoperative hospital stay was significantly shorter than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. There were no significant difference between the two groups in localized infection rate（ P〉0. 05）. After followed up for6 to 24 months,the recurrence rate was 3. 33% in the observation group,and it was lower than 20. 69% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Mesh plug hernia repair in treating acute strangulated inguinal hernia has a definite effect,does not increase the incidence of postoperative local infection and can reduce the recurrence rate after surgery.
