复殖吸虫Cotylophoron indicum和盾盘吸虫Aspidogaster conchicola神经中枢结构的比较

摘  要:目的了解复殖吸虫和盾盘吸虫神经中枢的主要区别。方法选取复殖亚纲的印度殖盘吸虫Cotylophoron indicum和盾盘亚纲的贝居腹盾吸虫Aspidogaster conchicola为实验材料,应用乙酰胆碱酯酶组织化学定位方法显示2种吸虫的神经结构,在显微描绘器下绘制它们神经中枢的结构,进行分析比较。结果 2种吸虫的神经中枢都位于虫体的前部,脑神经节向前的神经分支都是4对;而向后的3对神经分支起源不同:印度殖盘吸虫的后侧、后腹、后背神经干各自独立起源于脑神经节,而贝居腹盾吸虫的后背神经干独自起源脑神经节,而后侧和后腹神经干是起源于同一神经分支。结论 2种吸虫神经中枢具有明显的区别。Objective To know the main difference in nerve center between Cotylophoron indicum( Digenea) and Aspidogaster conchicola( Aspidogastrea). Methods ACh E histochemical staining was used to display the nerve structure of Cotylophoron indicum and Aspidogaster conchicola. Results Their nerve centers situated at the anterior trematode and the forward nerve branches of their cranial ganglia were 4 pairs,but the origins of 3 pairs of the backward nerve branches were different. Each the postro-lateral,postro-ventral and postro-dorsal nerve cords of Cotylophoron indicum originated from the cerebral ganglion,but only the postro-dorsal nerve cord of Aspidogaster conchicola originated from the cerebral ganglion,and the postro-lateral and postroventral nerve cords originated from the same nerve branch. Conclusions The differences in nerve center between Cotylophoron indicum and Aspidogaster conchicola were obvious.
