三维护理管理模式在CCU危急症患者抢救中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨三维护理管理模式在CCU危急症患者抢救中的临床应用。方法自2013年1月至2014年12月进行三维护理管理应用研究,根据霍尔三维结构模式理论,初步建立三维护理管理模式,即逻辑维、时间维、知识维,对CCU护士进行三维护理管理模式的培训;回顾性统计2011年1月至2012年12月本院CCU危急症患者抢救成功率,与自实行三维护理管理模式后的抢救成功率进行比较;同时比较实行三维护理管理模式前后护士考核优秀率。结果 CCU护理人员考核优秀率由78.9%提高到100%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);危急症患者抢救成功率显著提高,研究前后分别为82.5%、91.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三维护理管理模式应用于CCU可有效提高CCU护士综合能力,提高危急症患者抢救成功率,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical application of the three-dimensional nursing management mode in rescuing critical patients in coronary care unit（ CCU）. Methods From January 2011 to December2012,we performed clinic study on three-dimensional nursing management mode. Based on the three-dimensional structure of Hall,we preliminary established three nursing management mode,namely logical dimension,time dimension,knowledge-dimension and then carried on the training for nurses in CCU. We reviewed the statistic of the emergency rescue rate from January 2009 to December 2010,and then compared this rate with that after the implement of the three-dimensional nursing management. And we also compared the nurses＇ excellent rate between before and after the implementation of the three-dimensional nursing management. Results The excellent rate for CCU nurses increased from 78. 9% to 100% after the implementation of the three-dimensional nursing management,which showed statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The successful rescue rate of critical patients increased from 82. 5% to 91. 7%,which also showed statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusions Application of three-dimensional nursing management in CCU can improve the comprehensive ability of CCU nurses and the successful rate of rescuing critical patients,which is worth of clinical application and popularization.
