责任护士转盘在肿瘤科优质护理的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨肿瘤患者对责任护士的知晓率,提高住院患者的满意度,综合提高护理质量,更深入推广优质护理服务。方法 2014年实施责任护士转盘后,与2013年患者对护理工作满意度及护理部检查护理质量进行比较,数据进行统计学分析。结果实施责任护士转盘后,肿瘤科患者对护士工作满意度评价、肿瘤科护理质量及优质护理服务显著高于实施前(P<0.01)。结论责任护士转盘制作简单,提高了患者对护理工作的满意度,有利护士开展优质护理工作。Objective To investigate the cancer patients ＇ awareness of the responsibility of nurses,improve patients＇ satisfaction and the quality of comprehensive care,and promote high-quality care. Methods In2014,after the implementation of the responsible nurse turntable,data about patients＇ satisfactions with nursing work satisfaction and quality of care nursing department inspection were statistically compared with the data in2013. Results After the implementation of the responsible nurse turntable,patients ＇ evaluation of nursing job satisfaction,quality of care and high-quality care was significantly higher than before（ P 0. 01）.Conclusions The responsible nurse turntable is easy to make. It can also improve patients ＇ satisfaction with nursing work,enabling nurses to carry out high-quality care.
