摘  要:提出了一种比较准确且实用的计算IGBT模块通态损耗和开关损耗的可行方法,在计算出IGBT模块损耗后,利用热阻等效电路法推导得出了IGBT模块及散热器各点温度的计算公式,并给出了散热器热阻的经验计算公式。在此基础上设计了一款2 MW风电变桨伺服驱动器的散热系统,建立了实验电路,并测量了散热器的实际工作温度,与计算结果进行对比,从而证明了设计的合理性。A accurate and practical method to calculate the conducting losses and the switching losses of the IGBT module was presented. After calculated the losses of IGBT module, according to the heat resistance equivalent circuit of the heat dissipation system; the temperature calculation formulas of the IGBT module and heatsink were derived, and a practical formula to calculate the heat resistance of heat dissipation system was obtained. On this basis, a heat dissipation system with servo driver for pitch control of 2 MW wind power was designed. The experimental circuit was set up, followed by measuring the actual working temperature of heatsink. In comparison with the calculated results, the rationality of the design is proved.
